La gapdh en higado de rata se degrada mayoritariamente en lisosomas.  la reconstruccion \u00abin vitro\u00bb de la via lisosomal ha permitido identificar tres fases en este proceso: la union a la membrana lisosomal, el transporte de la proteina al interior del lisosoma y su degradacion en la matriz de estos. El transporte es un proceso rapido, dependiente de temperatura, saturable, requiere de un componente proteico en la membrana lisosomal y se estimula en presencia de una proteina citosolica de choque termico de 73 kda. Los niveles intralisosomales de esta ultima proteina tambien parecen determinantes de la eficacia en el transporte lisosomal de proteinas. Se han identificado otras proteinas que siguen la misma via para su degradacion, observandose que, en el caso de la ribonucleasa a, hay una forma intermedia en el proceso de transporte. La degradacion lisosomal selectiva de proteinas se incrementa durante el ayuno prolongado lo que incluye tambien la degradacion mediante esta via del proteasoma 20s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
