Dentro de estos procesos se encuentra la inyecci\u00f3n de combustible, la cual juega un papel vital en la combusti\u00f3n, influyendo directamente en el funcionamiento y rendimiento del motor diesel adem\u00e1s de la generaci\u00f3n de ruido y la emisi\u00f3n de contaminantes.Por otra parte, la geometr\u00eda del inyector tiene una fuerte influencia sobre el comportamiento de la tasa de inyecci\u00f3n y debido a la estrecha interconexi\u00f3n de esta ultima con la formaci\u00f3n del chorro, la combusti\u00f3n y la emisi\u00f3n de contaminantes, se han realizado numerosas investigaciones con la finalidad de caracterizar el comportamiento de los inyectores durante el proceso de inyecci\u00f3n de combustible. Sin embargo, debido a las caracter\u00edsticas geom\u00e9tricas del inyector es sumamente dif\u00edcil determinar experimentalmente los par\u00e1metros que controlan el flujo interno y la din\u00e1mica del inyector.El prop\u00f3sito de la presente tesis es realizar una aportaci\u00f3n al estudio del proceso de inyecci\u00f3n, analizando el comportamiento de la tasa de inyecci\u00f3n de combustible, el flujo interno y la din\u00e1mica de los diferentes inyectores diesel common rail del fabricante de sistemas de inyecci\u00f3n bosch al ser el m\u00e1s utilizado por los fabricantes de motores diesel. Para ello se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda de modelado unidimensional, la cual en combinaci\u00f3n con metodolog\u00edas experimentales de caracterizaci\u00f3n dimensional y fluidodin\u00e1mica, permite comprender la din\u00e1mica de los componentes y los fen\u00f3menos que controlan el flujo interno en cada inyector. Por otra parte, empleando uno de los modelos desarrollados y recurriendo a m\u00e9todos estad\u00edsticos, se ha presentado una t\u00e9cnica para determinar los par\u00e1metros cr\u00edticos en el
