De esta forma, los poros se forman debido a la segregaci\u00f3n de disolvente de la red polim\u00e9rica durante el proceso de polimerizaci\u00f3n. en esta tesis, se han sintetizado redes polim\u00e9ricas de polimetacrilato de metilo (pmma) por polimerizaci\u00f3n en presencia de etanol con diferentes porosidades y contenidos de entrecruzador. Tambi\u00e9n se ha sintetizado pmma polimerizado en masa (no poroso) como material de referencia.  el pmma macroporoso se coloca en una atm\u00f3sfera saturada de vapor de mon\u00f3mero de acrilato de hidroxietilo. La ausencia de iniciador t\u00e9rmico o fotosensible hace dif\u00edcil el inicio del proceso de polimerizaci\u00f3n del mon\u00f3mero adsorbido. sin embargo, este problema se puede resolver mediante la polimerizaci\u00f3n por plasma.  se estudia las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de estos nuevos materiales mediante espectroscop\u00eda din\u00e1mico-mec\u00e1nica (dms). El espectro din\u00e1mico-mec\u00e1nico muestra que los materiales sintetizados en esta tesis son un nuevo tipo de hidrogel macroporoso con un alto m\u00f3dulo mec\u00e1nico a temperatura ambiente y capaz de adsorber agua manteniendo sus propiedades mec\u00e1nicas.  mediante medidas de porosidad se determina la fracci\u00f3n en volumen de poros en las muestras antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento de plasma. La estructura y morfolog\u00eda de estos sistemas macroporosos se ha observado mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (sem).  la estabilidad de este recubrimiento hidr\u00f3filo se ha analizado mediante calorimetr\u00eda diferencial de barrido (dsc), atr ftir, tga e inmersi\u00f3n en agua. Estos resultados demuestran que el plphea es muy estable y solo en condiciones muy dr\u00e1sticas como en agua<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
