En primer lugar, introducimos algunas tecnicas borrosas de selecci\u00f3n de personal basada  en la comparaci\u00f3n con un candidato ideal, en la utilizacion de operadores owa y en el uso de pesos que  dependen de un par\u00e1metro. Todos estos m\u00e9todos se ilustran con pruebas computacionales. en segundo lugar, analizamos los problemas de una fusion, adquisicion o absorcion, y proponemos varios m\u00e9todos que resuelven la
