<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El almid\u00f3n y el gluc\u00f3geno son las principales formas de reserva de energ\u00eda en plantas y bacterias respectivamente.Adem\u00e1s, el amid\u00f3n constituye materia prima esencial en m\u00faltiples sectores de la industria moderna.  este trabajo de tesis doctoral ha sido dividido en dos partes.La primera est\u00e1 relacionada con degradaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno bacteriano y la funci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de este poliglucano.La informaci\u00f3n sobre la posible implicaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno demostrar que el gluc\u00f3geno act\u00faa ocmo un \u00abcarb\u00f3n capacitor\u00bbque contribuye a preservar la homeostasis osm\u00f3tica de la bacteria.La posible implicaci\u00f3n de la gluc\u00f3geno fosfirilasa (glgp)en la degradaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno se ha basado ahora en evidencias indirectas de tipo bioqu\u00edmico , ya que nunca se han construido y caracterizado bacterias con niveles alterados de glgp.  en este trabajo de tesis, la producci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de bacterias con niveles alterados de glgp me ha permitido demostrar que 1)este enzima juega un papel fundamental tanto en la degradaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno como en la producci\u00f3n de precursores para la s\u00edntesisw de maltodextrinas,2)el control que glgp ejerce sobre la degradaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3gneo y la bios\u00edntesis de maltodextrinas , 2) el control que entre diferentes cepas de e.Coli y 3)glgp act\u00faa durante el proceso de acumulaci\u00f3n del gluc\u00f3geno.  la segunda parte del trabajo est\u00e1 relacionada con la bios\u00edntesis de tejidos fotosint\u00e9ticos en plantas.Seg\u00fan el modelo cl\u00e1sico de bios\u00edntesis del almid\u00f3n en tejidos fotosint\u00e9ticos en plantas.Seg\u00fan el modelo cl\u00e1sico de bios\u00edntesis del almid\u00f3n la sacaroda, y el almid\u00f3n son los productos de dos rutas unidireccionales que tienen lugar en el citosol y en el cloroplasto respectivamente.Adem\u00e1s , este modelo asume que la adp glucosa pirofosforilasa (agp)es la \u00fanica enzima responsble de la bios\u00edntesis de la mol\u00e9cula precursora del almid\u00f3n, el
