Estos procesos han sido promovidos por metales en medio acuoso y se ha logrado que ocurran de forma regio- y esteroselectiva en condiciones \u00f3ptimas. De este modo se ha extendido la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada previamente en nuestro grupo de trabajo para 13-  lactamas.  los alcoholes bromohomoalilicos alquenilsustituidos se han utilizado posteriormente para sintetizar de forma estereoselectiva sistemas b-lact\u00e1micos  biciclicos altamente funcionalizados a trav\u00e9s de reacciones de cielaci\u00f3n radicalaria o acoplamiento intramolecular de heck. Se han preparado compuestos espir\u00e1nicos unidos a estructuras oxind\u00f3licas o b-lact\u00e1micasde forma estereoselectiva con gran variabilidad estructural a partir de los alcoholes insaturados procedentes de 3-oxo-b-lactamase isatinas. Para ello se han llevado a cabo reacciones de met\u00e1tesis con cierre de anillo, cielaciones de heck y procesos de ciclaci\u00f3n intramolecular de a-alenoles en presencia de metales de transici\u00f3n. se ha desarrollado, asimismo, una nueva secuencia de reacciones domin\u00f3 de espirocielaci\u00f3n de alenoles\/acoplamiento cruzado de tipo heck, sonogashira o suzuki.Tambi\u00e9n se ha llevado a cabo el auto-acoplamiento de alquinil-b-lactamas por reacci\u00f3n de eglinton, utilizando a continuaci\u00f3n las bis-azetidinonas resultantes para preparar bis-b-amino\u00e9steres
