D. Mouncef filali bouami, licenciado en f\u00edsica por la universidad de fez (marruecos) y dirigida por los profesores doctores d. Ignacio rojas ruiz y d. Carlos garc\u00eda puntonet del departamento de arquitectura y tecnolog\u00eda de computadores de la universidad de granada, describe un nueva metodolog\u00eda y novedosa estructuras para el desarrollo de sistemas de neuronas de base radial. En est\u00e1 trabajo se presenta una estructura novedosa  esturcturas para el desarrollo de sistemas de neuronas de base radial. En \u00e9ste trabajo se presenta una estructura novedosa llamada s-rbf (sum radial basis function)con nuevos operadores t-norma y t-conorma. Estos operadores, combinados con coeficientes de ponderaci\u00f3n que intervienen en las consexiones \u00abentrada-capa oculta\u00bb permiten una \u00abjerarquizaci\u00f3n\u00bb de os vectores de entrada en la activaci\u00f3n de cada neurona, propiciando que las neuronas de la capa oculta tengan mayor flexibilidad, ya que su activaci\u00f3n puede ser localizada dentro de un subconjunto del espacio de entrada. S-rbf utiliza un algoritmo  gen\u00e9rico para encontrar, de forma autom\u00e1tica una red de funciones de base radical que resuelva un problema dado, dentro  de una arquitectura  integrada, y teniendo  en cuenta  como principal  objetivo la minimizaci\u00f3n del error y el coste  computacional al realizar \u00e9sta  tarea. En las funciones de baser radial, los par\u00e1metros que conectan las activaciones  d elas neuronas ocultas con la neurona de salida, normalmenta son par\u00e1metros sencillos (constantes). Sin embargo existe la posibilidad de generalizar la expresi\u00f3n de dichos par\u00e1metros, aumentando por tanto su capacidad expresiva, utilizando lo que se llaman pesos de regresi\u00f3n. En esta tesis se consideran expresiones, polin\u00f3micas de orden 2, para los pesos  de salida del sistema  neuronal, junto con el desarrollo  de algoritmos d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
