Rosa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la presente tesis doctoral es la optimizaci\u00f3n de cementos \u00f3seos acr\u00edlicos a trav\u00e9s de sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00e1rmaco t\u00e9cnicas junto con la b\u00fasqueda de posibles biomateriales alternativos biodegradables, tales como comprimidos de implantaci\u00f3n microesferas y pastas hidrof\u00edlicas de hidroxiapatita.  el primer cap\u00edtulo describe las modificaciones realizadas en los cementos \u00f3seoscomercializados y se estudian los efectos de estas modificaciones en la porosidad, morfolog\u00eda superficial y cesi\u00f3n del farmaco de estos cementos.  en el segundo y tercer cap\u00edtulo se estudian las modificaciones realizadas afectan a las propiedades t\u00e9rmicas, de cristalinidad y mec\u00e1nicas de los cementos.  el cuarto cap\u00edtulo describe la citotoxicidad qu\u00edmica de los cementos debida a la cesi\u00f3n del mon\u00f3mero que no ha reaccionado en la polimerizaci\u00f3n.Los estudios de citotoxicidad revelan que tanto lo cementos comercializados como los modificados son citotoxicos.  basandose en los resultados de toxicidad del cap\u00edtulo anterior el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo del trabajo est\u00e1 dedicado a la b\u00fasqueda de otro materiales biocompatibles para reparaciones y odontol\u00f3gica ,como los pol\u00edmeros de poli-lactic-glioc\u00f3lico(plga) e hidroxiapatitas naturales , consiguiendose con estos materiales obtener formulaciones que controlan la cesi\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco en medio acuoso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Optimizaci\u00f3n mediante modificaciones farmacotecnicas de matrices polimericas. desarrollo de formulaciones alternativas.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Optimizaci\u00f3n mediante modificaciones farmacotecnicas de matrices polimericas. desarrollo de formulaciones alternativas. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Virto Garcia M.
