Eugenia S\u00e1nchez Vidal <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral analiza los retos a los que se enfrenta la gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos como consecuencia de la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de la empresa y en concreto, los que se derivan del env\u00edo de trabajadores al extranjero y de su posterior repartici\u00f3n.
