Sin embargo, el uso m\u00e1s com\u00fan de su capacidad de reconfiguraci\u00f3n se limnita a las fases de prototipado para la facilitar la depuraci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o y en algunos casos para realizar posteriores actualizaciones del mismo.  sin embargo, las fpgas m\u00e1s recientes admiten que se modifique parte de su configuraci\u00f3n mientras el resto del circuito configurado sigue funcionando. esta capacidad, denominada reconfiguraci\u00f3n parcial din\u00e1mica, tiene particular inter\u00e9s en los dise\u00f1os que integran sistemas digitales mediante m\u00f3dulos en un unico integrado. En estos casos, el procesamiento realizado en el dispositivo, tambi\u00e9n puede determinar cambios del contexto para circuitos o programas de los m\u00f3dulos y aplicarlos. Concretamente, el t\u00e9rmino utilizado para denominar este tipo dise\u00f1os es el de sistemas auto-reconfigurables.  la operaci\u00f3n de auto-reconfiguraci\u00f3n es compleja. Para realizarla con garant\u00edas en un sistema multi-procesador basado en cores, adem\u00e1s de que la fpga admita la reconfiguraci\u00f3n parcial din\u00e1mica a nivel tecnol\u00f3gico, es necesario un sistema de control en el propio dise\u00f1o.  esta tesis propone un sistema de cotnrol de la auto-reconfiguraci\u00f3n para sistemas multi-procesador basados en cores.
