Actualmente el diagn\u00f3stico de salmonella se realiza habitualmente mediante t\u00e9cnicas de cultivo convencional que son lentas y tediosas. Por otra parte, la t\u00e9cnica m\u00e1 sextendida para la diferenciaci\u00f3n de los aislamientos de salmonella es la serotipificaci\u00f3n. Esta t\u00e9cnica se basa en la determinaci\u00f3n de ant\u00edgenos de superficie cuya presencia depende de la expresi\u00f3n de caracteres fenot\u00edpicos. Para el an\u00e1lisis taxon\u00f3mico del g\u00e9nero son necesarias herramientas de genotipificaci\u00f3n que sean r\u00e1pidas, econ\u00f3micas y que est\u00e9n a disposici\u00f3n del mayor n\u00famero posible de laboratorios. En este estudio hemos dise\u00f1ado tres t\u00e9cnicas de pcr para el diagn\u00f3stico y la tipificaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica de salmonella spp. En primer lugar se ha dise\u00f1ado una pcr m\u00faltiple para el diang\u00f3stico de salmonella en muestras cl\u00ednicas de heces.
