Para este estudio se utilizaron los siguientes ligandos.  i) por una parte, se hicieron reaccionar los correspondientes aldeh\u00eddos y cetonas con las tiosemicarbazidas correspondientes en la proporci\u00f3n adecuada, para dar lugar alos ligandos tiosemicarbazona.  ii) por otra, los correspondientes aldeh\u00eddos se hicieron reaccionar con diferentes aminas para dar lugar a los ligandos base se schiff.  posteriormente, se procedi\u00f3 a la s\u00edntesis de los compuestos ciclometalados mediante reacci\u00f3n de los citados ligandos con sales de paladio, y a continuaci\u00f3n, los compuestos ciclometalados resultantes, una vez caracterizados, se hicieron reaccionar con monofosfinas terciarias y con distintas difosfinas, obteni\u00e9ndose seg\u00fan el caso, compuesto mononucleares con ligandos monofosfina, disosfina quelato y difosfina terminal, y compuestos dinucleares con ligandos difosfina puente entre dos centros met\u00e1licos.  todos los compuestos obtenidos han sido caracterizados mediante las siguientes t\u00e9cnicas: an\u00e1lisis elemental (c,n,h y s), espectroscopia infrarroja, espectroscopia de resonancia magn\u00e9tica nuclear de 1h y 31p-{1h} y
