Garcia Porrero Angela <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El inter\u00e9s de nuestro grupo en la s\u00edntesis de aminociclopentitoles de origen natural y de analogos sint\u00e9ticos y su evaluaci\u00f3n como inhibidores de enzimas glicosilhidrolasas nos llev\u00f3 a plantearnos expandir la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada a la s\u00edntesis de diversos motivos estructurales carboc\u00edclicos y enantiomericamente puros, adecuadamente funcionalizados, con el fin de emplearlos como armazones moleculares dotados de dos puntos de diversidad para la preparacion de quimiotecas inspiradas en la estructura de estos productos naturales.  la estrategia general de sintesis se basa en la carbociclacion reductiva carbonilo\/imino promovido por diyoduro de samario de iminocetonas polihidroxiladas derivadas de hexosas.  asimismo se plante\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis y el estudio enzim\u00e1tico de an\u00e1logos estructurales de trehazolina, inhibidor natural potente y espec\u00edfico de enzimas
