{"id":75580,"date":"2005-11-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-del-comportamiento-fisico-de-los-catodos-de-arcos-plasmas-a-presion-atmosferica\/"},"modified":"2005-11-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-11-07T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-del-comportamiento-fisico-de-los-catodos-de-arcos-plasmas-a-presion-atmosferica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/estudio-del-comportamiento-fisico-de-los-catodos-de-arcos-plasmas-a-presion-atmosferica\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio del comportamiento fisico de los catodos de arcos-plasmas a presion atmosferica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Encarnaci\u00f3n Mu\u00f1oz Serrano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo, el comportamiento de un spot cat\u00f3dico en un arco de plasma a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica ha sido estudiado desde un punto de vista din\u00e1mico, m\u00e1s tarde aplicado a los casos particulares de un c\u00e1todo refractario de w puro y de grafito.  para ello ha sido necesario, en primer lugar, la realizaci\u00f3n de una adecuada modelizaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica, donde se ha incorporado la evaporaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas de material cat\u00f3dico, que permite obtener par\u00e1metros de vital importancia como son la densidad de corriente total y la densidad de flujo de energ\u00eda total en la superficie cat\u00f3dica. De esta manera, es posible la obtenci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n en el tiempo de la distribuci\u00f3n de temperaturas en el c\u00e1todo, que junto al fen\u00f3meno de ablaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica del material cat\u00f3dico que experimenta el cambio de fase, permite estudiar la din\u00e1mica del spot en la superficie cat\u00f3dica.  partiendo de un cr\u00e1ter inicial donde se supone ubicado el spot cat\u00f3dico, se ha obtenido un criterio autoconsistente para el c\u00e1lculo del radio m\u00e1ximo del cr\u00e1ter, y se ha mostrado que la posibilidad de que el spot se mueva o no parece de forma natural durante el desarrollo num\u00e9rico del modelo.  la modelizaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica ha sido complementada mediante el estudio experimental del spot sobre la superficie de un c\u00e1todo de grafito. Exploraciones de la superficie de dicho c\u00e1todo mediante un microscopio electr\u00f3nico y un rugos\u00edmetro, permiten la obtenci\u00f3n del radio de los cr\u00e1teres formados en dicha superficie. Por otra parte, la din\u00e1mica del spot cat\u00f3dico para diferentes valores del potencial inter-electr\u00f3dico ha sido estudiad mediante una videoc\u00e1mara digital.  las observaciones
