A trav\u00e9s de esta tesis avanzaremos en tres temas principales. En el primero se presenta una formulaci\u00f3n variacional que combina dos tipos de integrales estabilizadoras denominada sgs\/gsgs. Los dos par\u00e1metros libres se eligen para conseguir superconvergencia unidimensional. Cuando el m\u00e9todo se aplica a problemas de flujo multidimensional, la estabilidad local de este m\u00e9todo es mucho mejor que los actuales m\u00e9todos estabilizados. Adem\u00e1s, en el l\u00edmite advectivo-difusivo y para espacios funcionales lineales a trozos, el m\u00e9todo recupera el m\u00e9todo cl\u00e1sico de supg. el segundo tema es el an\u00e1lisis de los m\u00e9todos transitorios m\u00e1s comunes de galerkin, supg y sgs para la ecuaci\u00f3n transitoria unidimensional de advecci\u00f3n-difusi\u00f3n-reacci\u00f3n. El mismo an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n se aplica al m\u00e9todo sgs\/gsgs. Este an\u00e1lisis incluye m\u00e9todos estabilizados de elementos finitos semi-discretos y espacio-temporales discontinuos en el  tiempo, adem\u00e1s de varias versiones de m\u00e9todos predictor multi-corrector. Se propone y se analiza un nuevo tratamiento de los t\u00e9rminos fuentes. La t\u00e9cnica consiste en el tratamiento diagonalmente impl\u00edcito de los t\u00e9rminos fuentes negativos o disipantes para incrementar la estabilidad y la precisi\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos expl\u00edcitos. Adem\u00e1s, se demostrar\u00e1 que la acumulaci\u00f3n  de masa puede mejorar la precisi\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos expl\u00edcitos. en el \u00faltimo tema se investiga un nuevo  estimador expl\u00edcito de error a-posteriori que es deducido de la teor\u00eda variacional de las multiscalas. El estimador del error se basa en una aproximaci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n de green que  reproduce el error en funci\u00f3n del problema dual.  La t\u00e9cnica se aplica al transporte del flujo  fluido, mostrando que para flujos dominados por convecci\u00f3n, el \u00edndice de eficacia es independiente del coeficiente de
