Asimismo, tambien se presenta el estudio, disenio, simulacion, construccion y caracterizacion experimental de un sistema generador de seniales chirp con pendientes de 4.5 thz\/seg en banda x, que permite la comprobacion experimental de las soluciones propuestas en la mejora de la linealidad y ruido de fase de la senial lfmcw. Tambien se presta una especial altencion al disenio y caracterizacion de osciladores que deben utilizarse en un receptor de tipo heterodino para un radar lfmcw. En conclusion, se estudia el impacto que sobre las prestaciones de los radares lfmcw tienen los sistemas de generacion de senial tanto en el transmisor como en el
