Una de las modalidades mas recientes en la automatizacion analitica la constituye la metodolog\u00eda de analisis por inyeccion en flujo, fia. La utilizacion de reactivos inmovilizados en la metodolog\u00eda fia es una tendencia de interes debido al elevado potencial y versatilidad que estos ofrecen. El desarrollo y consolidacion de una nueva estrategia de inmovilizacion asi como su aplicacion a la determinacion de principios activos en formulaciones farmaceuticas comerciales constituye el objetivo de parte de la memoria. El resto de la misma centra su interes en el desarrollo de metodos analiticos adecuados para la determinacion de un farmaco de reciente comercializacion, el
