Estos dispositivos, con la ayuda de la energ\u00eda de ultrasonidos, han permitido extraer los metales de diferentes muestras s\u00f3lidas de naturaleza alimenticia o disolver la muestra en los casos en los que \u00e9sta sea soluble para determinar en continuo calcio, cinc, cobre, hierro, magnesio y manganeso mediante espectrometr\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica con llama (faas). Las metodolog\u00edas propuestas se han aplicado a muestras reales. Adem\u00e1s, se ha realizado un estudio estad\u00edstico utilizando el \u00abhierarchical cluster analysis\u00bb (hca) para evaluar lo mayor o menor dificultad del proceso de extracci\u00f3n de cada metal de cada matriz s\u00f3lida de naturaleza alimenticia. As\u00ed, se han evaluado los par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos para cada extracci\u00f3n, y las similitudes y diferencias existentes entre cada proceso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
