En ella, en primer lugar, realizamos un modelo estad\u00edstico para las regiones hii inhomog\u00e9neas. Posteriormente, comparamos las predicciones de los modelos con los datos en diferentes diagramas de diagn\u00f3stico, proporcionando al mismo tiempo la herramienta matem\u00e1tica necesaria.  Por lo general, analizando los diagramas de diagn\u00f3stico, se observa que el efecto de la p\u00e9rdida de los fotones lyman por parte de las regiones se traduce en un incremento del par\u00e1metro de ionizaci\u00f3n estimado. de tal manera que es posible determinar el porcentaje de fotones lyman perdidos, comparando el par\u00e1metro de ioniazci\u00f3n estimado con la luminosidad en h-alpha de la regi\u00f3n en examen.  una consecuencia directa del modelo que proponemos es tambi\u00e9n la presencia dentro de las regiones de una fracci\u00f3n importante de masa neutra. Finalmente, avanzamos la hip\u00f3tesis de que los rayos c\u00f3smicos presentes en las propias regiones ionicen esta masa dando lugar a las fluctuaciones de temperatura que se observan en las
