trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se han desarrollado diversas metodolog\u00edas sin\u00e9ticas que permiten el acceso a diferentes alcaloides isoquinol\u00ednicos.  todas ellas tienen de com\u00fan  el empleo de b-aminoalcholes como fuente de quiralidad actuando como auxiliares o como bloques quirales.  as\u00ed , el empleo de (s,s)-(+)-seudoefedrina como auxiliar quiral permite acceder a arigglicinoles enantiom\u00e9ricamente enriquecidos , precusores de 3-ariltetrahidroisoquinolinas, mediante una metodolog\u00eda sint\u00e9tica aplicable a las s\u00edntesis estereocontrolada de dichos derivados con una sustituci\u00f3n en las posiciones 7,8 en el anillo arom\u00e1tico del n\u00facleo isoquinol\u00ednico. por otra parte , el aminoalcohol, (s)-(+)-fenilglicinol,ha mostrado ser un eficiente building block quiral para el acceso a 1,2-diariletilaminas, las cuales , mediante ciclaci\u00f3n, conducen a 3-ariltetrahidroisoquinolinas 6,7- disustituidas \u00f3pticamente activas.  la conveniente manipulaci\u00f3n de los derivados 3-ariltetrahidroisoquinol\u00ednicos sintetizados ha permitido la obtenci\u00f3n de una serie de berbinas quirales entre otras r-tetrahidropalmatina, r-sinactina y (s)-xilopinina con elevados excesos enantiom\u00e9ricos.  finalmente, se ha realizado la s\u00edntesis total del alcaloide aporfinico natural (s)-glaucina empleando como precursor quiral el aminoalcohol (s)-(+)-fenilglicinol que ha asistido en la obtenci\u00f3n de (s)-laudanosina,sobre el que se ha llevado a cabo un proceso de acoplamiento oxidativo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
