Dichos sensores son m\u00e1s precisos y estables que los actualmente utilizados, y tambi\u00e9n cumplen las restricciones de bajo costo, peque\u00f1o volumen y realizaci\u00f3n de la medida con dichos discos en movimiento. En primer lugar se repasan los sensores que se utilizan habitual mente para la medida de discos met\u00e1licos. Se profundiza especialmente en los sensores m\u00e1s utilizados, que son los \u00f3pticos para realizar medidas dimensionales y los electromagn\u00e9ticos que proporcionan medidas caracter\u00edsticas de sus propiedades el\u00e9ctricas y magn\u00e9ticas. Una vez expuestos los aspectos que afectan a la precisi\u00f3n y estabilidad de los sensores \u00f3pticos, se propone una metodolog\u00eda para el dise\u00f1o de un nuevo sensor. A continuaci\u00f3n se valida la precisi\u00f3n de las medidas proporcionadas por el nuevo dise\u00f1o, as\u00ed como su estabilidad ante las diferentes condiciones de funcionamiento. Para el dise\u00f1o de un nuevo sensor electromagn\u00e9tico se desarrollan procedimientos que mejoran la fiabilidad y precisi\u00f3n de las medidas proporcionadas por dicho sensor. A continuaci\u00f3n se implementa un sistema que permite su aplicaci\u00f3n con los discos en movimiento. Por \u00faltimo se validan dicho sistema y los procedimientos desarrollados. Final mente se recogen las conclusiones de la investigaci\u00f3n y la bibliograf\u00eda utilizada. this research work is related to sensors for measuring round-shaped metallic parts. New sensors are proposed that are more precise and stable and fulfil space and cost restrictions, as well as compatibility with other sensors. First of all, a review of sensors used for measurements of metal parts is made, especially of the most commonly used, optical sensors for dimensional measurements and electromagnetic sensors which provide measurements related to electrical and magnetic properties of the material. Once the factors that affect the precision and stability of optical sensors are explained, a methodology for the design of a new sensor is proposed. The precision of the measurements provided by this new design is validated, as well as its stability in different operating conditions. An improved design of an electromagnetic sensor is proposed. A procedure to increase the precision and reliability of measurements is developed. A system to apply and validate this procedure is also implemented.
