<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis se hace un estudio de maduraci\u00f3n de la variedad de uva malvas\u00eda, en tres denominaciones de origen canarias, abona, ycoden-daute-isora y lanzarote, para las a\u00f1adas de 1999, 2000 y 2001.  en dicho estudio de maduraci\u00f3n se estudia el peso de 100 bayas, el ph, la acidez total, el grado brix, el \u00e1cido tart\u00e1rico, el m\u00e1lico, el c\u00edtrico y el nitr\u00f3geno facilmente asimilable.  tambi\u00e9n, se realizan microvinificaciones de elaboraci\u00f3n de vinos dulces en las tres a\u00f1adas y las tres denominaciones de origen, y se les analiza cinco grupos de par\u00e1metros, uno relacionado con la acidez del vino, el segundo relacionado con el cuerpo del vino, el tercero con el color, los polifenoles y el sulfuroso, el
