Para ello, es indispensable el dise\u00f1o de un canal de retorno que utilice una t\u00e9cnica optimizada de acceso m\u00faltiple. Esta t\u00e9cnica deber\u00e1 ofrecer un alto throughput, bajo requerimiento de potencia, el menor retardo posible, y ha de ser de implementaci\u00f3n sencilla, y por tanto, de bajo coste.  la tesis analiza la t\u00e9cnica de acceso que lo hemos denominado saorc (spread aloha one repetitive code). El saorc es un esquema de acceso de implementaci\u00f3n sencilla, que combina la sencillez del acceso por contienda aloha, con los requerimientos de potencia baja y de capacidad de transmisi\u00f3n multi-paquete del espectro ensanchado, con la peculiaridad de uso de un c\u00f3digo com\u00fan.  presenta un estudio unificado de las prestaciones de saorc a trav\u00e9s de dos medidas principales (el throughput y el retardo promedio), obteniendo as\u00ed su eficiencia real, as\u00ed como cu\u00e1les son sus ventajas y limitaciones. se analiza asimismo, de forma exhaustiva, la influencia que presentan cada uno de los par\u00e1metros fundamentales del sistema. Se proponen tambi\u00e9n nuevos mecanismos de mejora de prestaci\u00f3n del canal basados en prioridades para el acceso al canal, y en la adaptaci\u00f3n de las que se prueban la
