{"id":76020,"date":"2018-03-09T23:21:23","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/adiciones-aldolicas-con-induccion-asimetrica-doble-y-su-aplicacion-a-la-sintesis-de-compuestos-farmacologicamente-activos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:21:23","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:21:23","slug":"adiciones-aldolicas-con-induccion-asimetrica-doble-y-su-aplicacion-a-la-sintesis-de-compuestos-farmacologicamente-activos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/adiciones-aldolicas-con-induccion-asimetrica-doble-y-su-aplicacion-a-la-sintesis-de-compuestos-farmacologicamente-activos\/","title":{"rendered":"Adiciones aldolicas con induccion asimetrica doble y su aplicacion a la sintesis de compuestos farmacologicamente activos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Santiago Diaz Oltra <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A partir de dos cetonas quirales derivadas del carbohidrato (s)-eritrulosa, una alfa-sililoxicetona y una etilcetona, se ha estudiado la adici\u00f3n de sus respectivos enolatos de boro a una serie de aldeh\u00eddos alfa-quirales (separados en dos grupos, alfa-metilaldeh\u00eddos y alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddos). los resultados obtenidos fueron equivalentes con las dos cetonas quirales, las adiciones ald\u00f3licas fueron totalmente diastereoselectivas con los dos enantiomeros de los alfa-metilaldeh\u00eddos, aumentando as\u00ed la utilidad sint\u00e9tica de esta metodolog\u00eda, y fueron totalmente diastereoselectivas con solo uno de los dos enanti\u00f3meros (el s) de los alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddos, siendo la adici\u00f3n a los alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddos de configuraci\u00f3n r poco diastereoselectiva y dando opciones a pautas de descomposici\u00f3n. La adici\u00f3n del z-enolato de boro de la alfa-sililoxicetona a un alfa-alcoxialdeh\u00eddo de configuraci\u00f3n s se ha utilizado para llevar a cabo la s\u00edntesis total y estereoselectiva de la lactona de origen natural (+)-anamarina. Adem\u00e1s se ha utilizado la adici\u00f3n del z-enolato de boro de la etilcetona a un alfa-metilaldeh\u00eddo para sintetizar el fragmento c1-c9 del sorafeno a, un macr\u00f3lido con una potente
