En este sentido, la recuperaci\u00f3n de fluoruros de las aguas residuales industrriales se presenta como un objetivo t\u00e9cnico prioritario de la industria del fl\u00faor dado los requerimientos de la directiva ippc (ley 16\/2002 de prevenci\u00f3n y control integrados de la contaminaci\u00f3n) y la necesidad de integraci\u00f3n de la calidad ambiental en la gesti\u00f3n industrial.  el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas para la eliminaci\u00f3n de fluoruros deber\u00eda centrar sus esfuerzos en aquellas capaces de integrar la garant\u00eda de un proceso de alta eficacia, la econom\u00eda del proceso y la protecci\u00f3n del medioambiente a fin de contribuir al desarrollo sostenible.  en este trabajo se presenta el estudio del tratamiento de aguas industriales con fluoruros en un cristalizador de lecho fluidizado mediante la obtenci\u00f3n de fluoruro c\u00e1lcico sint\u00e9tico de caracter\u00edsticas adecuadas para su valorizaci\u00f3n en la fabricaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico.  con este prop\u00f3sito se aborda el estudio en varias etapas: 1. Estudio del comportmiento de la cristaliaci\u00f3n de fluoruro c\u00e1lcico en lecho fluidizado e influencia de las variables del proceso: sobresaturaci\u00f3n, velocidad superficial, recirculaci\u00f3n, material de siembra de cristalizaci\u00f3n.  2. Estudio de las propiedades f\u00edsicas y qu\u00edmicas de los pellets de fluoruro c\u00e1lcico obtenidos en el proceso de cristalizaci\u00f3n en reactor de lecho fluidizado utilizando arena de s\u00edlice y arena caliza como material de siembra a fin de determinar la viabilidad de la valorizaci\u00f3n del fluoruro c\u00e1lcico sint\u00e9tico como materia prima en la producci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico.  3.
