La estrecha relaci\u00f3n existente entre los receptores de nmda y la isoforma nos i supone la posibilidad de una v\u00eda de modulaci\u00f3n de la actividad y expresi\u00f3n de estas prote\u00ednas mediante compuestos farmacol\u00f3gicos que act\u00faan a trav\u00e9s de estos receptores (agonistas y antagonistas). Hemos caracterizado la expresi\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas implicadas en la v\u00eda del no\/gmpc en el cerebelo de rata y en la neuronas en cultivo comprobando, no s\u00f3lo la existencia de todas las prote\u00ednas de la v\u00eda objeto de estudio, sino un patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n diferencial de esta prote\u00ednas en el transcurdo del desarrollo.  adem\u00e1s el tratamiento prolongado con nmda produce un claro incremento de la actividad de la gcs estimulada con un donador de no ex\u00f3geno, el dea\/no, y un aumento del mensajero de las subunidades que constituyen esta prote\u00edna. hemos profundizado en el estudio del mecanismo molecular responsable de la regulaci\u00f3n de la subunidad a2 de la gcs, poniendo de manifiesto que el nmda aumentaba la estabilidad del mensajero de la subunidad a2, que hasta ese momento no hab\u00eda sido clonada, la cual presenta m\u00faltiples secuencias ricas en uracilo relacionadas con la uni\u00f3n a prote\u00ednas implicadas en la estabilizaci\u00f3n\/desestabilizaci\u00f3n de mensajeros como auf1 y hur. Finalmente demostramos que el tratamiento con nmda disminuye la expresi\u00f3n de auf1 de forma significativa a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo dependiente de pkg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
