Dentro de esta, han sido dos los aspectos fotof\u00edsicos de liminiscencia que se han abordado como herramientas de trabajo; la anisotrop\u00eda de fluorescencia y la espectroscop\u00eda de fase resuelta.  se han utilizado como par\u00e1metros adicionales a la intensidad de fluorescencia (directamente relacionada con la concentraci\u00f3n del flur\u00f3foro bajo ciertas condiciones) y al tiempo de vida de fluorescencia, la anisotrop\u00eda de fluorescencia y la espectroscop\u00eda de fase resuelta. La anisotrop\u00eda de fluorescencia es un par\u00e1metro relacionado con la estructura y configuraci\u00f3n de los fluor\u00f3foros y sus valores son independientes de la concentraci\u00f3n, pero combinados adecuadamente y usando concentraciones fraccionales permiten la resoluci\u00f3n de mezclas de compuestos estructuralmente muy similares y con propiedades espectrosc\u00f3picas pr\u00e1cticamente iguales, e incluso de compuestos no fluorescente cuando a estos se le adiciona una sonda fluorescente.  otro aspecto que se ha abordado ha sido el de profundizar en el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de la pureza enantiom\u00e9trica de sustancias quirales con y\/o sin separaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de los enanti\u00f3meros, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n hplc. Un elemento clave para el desarrollo de este objetivo es el detector polarim\u00e9tirco, el cual es usado como uno de los componentes del sistema de hplc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
