Asimismo se demuestran las ventajas de las operaciones de aligeramiento de la carga desde un buque stbl a otro ss, encaminadas a una mayor rentabilidad del transporte del petr\u00f3leo desde diferentes campos de producci\u00f3n a la terminal de la coru\u00f1a.  esta maniobra contempla prioritariamente la seguridad, protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente y nivel m\u00ednimo de riesgo de cuallquier tipo de incidencia que pudiera desembocar en situaciones de emergencia. El objetivo perseguido es por lo tanto alcanzar la seguridad plena. La ddisposici\u00f3n de unidades dotadas de propulsi\u00f3n diesel-el\u00e9ctrica y posicionamiento din\u00e1mico, otorgar\u00eda adem\u00e1s cobertura adicional para la pronta soluci\u00f3n de desastres derivados de accidentes que amenazaran seriamente la seguridad de las personas y medio ambiente; desgraciadamente demasiado frecuentes en nuestras costas.  el estudio e investigacion de esta tesis ha quedado acotado en esta doble vertiente, sentando las bases que tanto desde el punto de vista n\u00e1utico como econ\u00f3mico, permiten llegar a la conclusi\u00f3n del tipo de buque
