El an\u00e1lisis de la secuencia de f13c indica que presenta similitud con secuencias relacionadas con retrotransposones. Al analizar, mediante pcr inversa, un fragmento de 7 kb correspondiente a las regiones adyacentes a esta secuencia se comprueba que se trata de una secuencia mitocondrial. Se ha comprobado, empleando la t\u00e9cnica de pcr cuantitativa, el incremento del numero de copias de f13c y otras dos secuencias mitocondriales de centeno (coxiii y atpa) en plantas albinas y en callos, observ\u00e1ndose que en estos casos existe un aumento general del n\u00famero de mol\u00e9culas de dna mitocondrial. Hemos analizado la presencia de esta secuencia en genomas de especies relacionadas filogen\u00e9ticamente con centeno. Se han usado especies de la familia poaceae, estudiando preferentemente el grupo perteneciente a la tribu triticeae. Este an\u00e1lisis parece indicar que este fragmento se integr\u00f3 en la mitocondria al principio de la evoluci\u00f3n de la subfamilia podr\u00edan haber perdido esta secuencia. Al utilizar esta secuencia para inferir relaciones citopl\u00e1smicas dentro de la subfamilia pooideae mediante tres m\u00e9todos distintos (distancia, parsimonia e inferencia bayesiana) se comprueba que la tasa de sustituci\u00f3n nucle\u00f3tidica es muy baja y que, en este caso, las inserciones y deleciones en la secuencia f13c resultan informativa filogen\u00e9ticamente. Se ha puesto de manifiesto la utilidad de secuencias mitocondriales no codificadoras para establecer relaciones evolutivas entre especies pr\u00f3ximas.
