Con ese objeto se han utilizado embriones de pollo comprendidos entre los estadios 8 y 19 de hamburger-hamilton (hh). Los embriones fijados en formol neutro tamponado al 4% fueron observados y fotografiados externamente, a continuaci\u00f3n procesados para su estudio histol\u00f3gico: incluidos en parafina y cortados de manera seriada seg\u00fan los planos transversal y sagital. Finalmente los cortes fueron coloreados con hematoxilina-eosina mientras que otro grupo fue destinado para su estudio inmunohistoquinmico con el anticuerpo monoclonal hnk1.  hemos observado la remodelaci\u00f3n de la zona caudal del embri\u00f3n de ave notando la presencia de c\u00e9lulas hnk1 positivas en el ectodermo del embri\u00f3n durante el proceso de gastrulaci\u00f3n que hemos dado por termina en el estadio 19hh, cuando no es posible ver ya c\u00e9lulas marcadas en el ectodermo. As\u00ed mismo hemos estudiado la neurulaci\u00f3n secundaria y su relaci\u00f3n con la neurulaci\u00f3n primaria y la evoluci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas hnk1 positivas, que aparecen tambi\u00e9n en la membrana cloacal. Respecto a las c\u00e9lulas de cresta neural son visibles como c\u00e9lulas positivas para el anticuerpo hnk1 situadas en la regi\u00f3n dorsal del  tubo neural secundario pero hay zonas en las que su presencia puede quedar enmascarada por c\u00e9lulas ectod\u00e9rmicas en procesos de gastrulaci\u00f3n.  tambi\u00e9n hemos puesto atenci\u00f3n a la masa celular caudal, como un conjunto heterog\u00e9neo de c\u00e9lulas, y seguido su evoluci\u00f3n en la morfog\u00e9nesis secundaria. sin embargo har\u00e1n falta estudios m\u00e1s precisos para poner orden en toda esta regi\u00f3n del
