Tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la posible influencia del tipo de cultivo, secano o regad\u00edo, as\u00ed como las variaciones seg\u00fan los distintos estados de madurez y distintos a\u00f1os de recolecci\u00f3n.  tras el estudio realizado se llega a la conclusi\u00f3n de que es una fruta ligeramente \u00e1cida, con una gran cantidad de carbohidratos totales, destacando entre los az\u00facares solubles la fructosa y la glucosa: aportan muy poca grasa y cantidades interesantes de fibra; entre las vitaminas destacan la vitamina b6 y la vitamina c con valores que la asemejan a
