Este modelo contempla variables moduladores de la evaluaci\u00f3n, determinantes y consecuencias de la satisfaci\u00f3n del consumidor de servicios p\u00fablicos, y una tabla general de clasificaci\u00f3n que sirve de gu\u00eda para adaptar el modelo a servicios p\u00fablicos espec\u00edficos.  en la tesis se desarrollan dos aplicaciones de este modelo a dos servicios p\u00fablicos. Educaci\u00f3n superior y la polic\u00eda. Estos cap\u00edtulos emp\u00edricos, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer informaci\u00f3n valiosa para los agentes o directivos de las instituciones proveedoras de estos servicios, ofrecen soporte al modelo integrador de satisfacci\u00f3n propuesto.  el modelo espec\u00edfico para educaci\u00f3n superior es constrastado en la universidad de barcelona y u.Nacional de colombia, y el de la polic\u00eda, en
