{"id":76526,"date":"2005-03-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-03-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efecto-inmunomodulador-y-hemodinamico-para-la-administracion-de-am3-en-un-modelo-experimental-de-cirrosis\/"},"modified":"2005-03-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-03-10T00:00:00","slug":"efecto-inmunomodulador-y-hemodinamico-para-la-administracion-de-am3-en-un-modelo-experimental-de-cirrosis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/efecto-inmunomodulador-y-hemodinamico-para-la-administracion-de-am3-en-un-modelo-experimental-de-cirrosis\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecto inmunomodulador y hemodin\u00e1mico para la administraci\u00f3n de am3 en un modelo experimental de cirrosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> M\u00f3nica Nieto Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De nuestro trabajo realizado en un modelo de cirrosis en rata por ligadura de conducto biliar com\u00fan se concluye que: en ratas con cirrosis por ligadura del conducto biliar com\u00fan existeu na intensa distorsi\u00f3n en la distribuci\u00f3n y estado de activaci\u00f3n de las poblaciones circulantes de c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias. en la cirrosis por ligadura de conducto biliar com\u00fan en rata, estas alteraciones de las c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias circulantes se asocian a un intenso estado proinflamatorio a nivel sist\u00e9mico caracterizado por expansi\u00f3n de monocitos activados a la producci\u00f3n de tnfalfa y de c\u00e9lulas t polarizadas de ifngamma, junto con un aumento en el nivel circulante de tnfalfa y de sus receptores solubles. la administraci\u00f3n de am3 reduce el estado proinflamatorio sist\u00e9mico de las ratas con cirrosis por ligadura del conducto biliar com\u00fan. Aten\u00faa la expansi\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias activadas, reduce la producci\u00f3n de tnfalfa por los monocitos y de ifngamma por las c\u00e9lulas t y disminuye la concentraci\u00f3n s\u00e9rica de tnfalfa. la admnistraci\u00f3n de am3 a ratas con cirrosis por ligadura del conducto biliar com\u00fan aminora el estaod circulatorio hiperdin\u00e1mico, reduciendo el grado de vasodilataci\u00f3n arteriolar sist\u00e9mica, pero sin modificar la presi\u00f3n portal. prueba de concepto los resultados de este estudio son una prueba de concepto que identifica a am3 como un modulador de la respuesta biol\u00f3gica del sistema inmune en un modelo experimental de cirrosis capaz de modificar par\u00e1metros cr\u00edticos como la activaci\u00f3n de los monocitos circulantes
