Conocer su biolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 establecer terapias que reconduzcan respuestas inmunes en patolog\u00edas como c\u00e1ncer, autoinmunidad, trasplantes, alergias o infecciones.  en esta tesis se ha estudiado c\u00f3mo las dcs derivadas de monocitos intercambian mol\u00e9culas entre s\u00ed las consecuencias de este intercambio. por citometr\u00eda de flujo y microscop\u00eda se establece que este fen\u00f3meno afecta a mol\u00e9culas de la propia c\u00e9lula y a material ex\u00f3geno endocitado. Precisa del contac5to directo intercelular y de un sistema de tr\u00e1fico endoc\u00edtico correcto, as\u00ed como de balsas lip\u00eddicas de colesterol funcionantes. El modelo se potencia durante la maduraci\u00f3n de las dcs, tanto por aumento de calcio intracelular como a trav\u00e9s de lps-tlr4 o por endocitosis previa de mol\u00e9culas ex\u00f3genas. El intercambio se facilita si participan dcs en distintos estadios madurativos, gener\u00e1ndose a la vez la maduraci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y efectiva de las dcs inmaduras. El intercambio se produce tambi\u00e9n entre dcs y linfoblastos de forma bidireccional, afectando a la maduraci\u00f3n de las dcs. El intercambio de mol\u00e9culas, por tanto, ser\u00eda un proceso implicado en la amplificaci\u00f3n de las respuestas inmunes y en la activaci\u00f3n del sistema, ya que dcs inmaduras recibir\u00edan mol\u00e9culas y se\u00f1ales de maduraci\u00f3n desde otras dcs maduradas previamente al haber establecido contacto directo con los pat\u00f3genos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
