Estos compuestos constituyen las bases estructurales de los ligandos m\u00e1s eficaces en s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica y se encuentran presentes en una gran variedad de compuestos biol\u00f3gicamente activos. El tema fundamental de esta memoria es la resoluci\u00f3n de este tipo de compuestos nitrogenados mediante reacciones catalizadas por lipasas. El trabajo realizado se ha dividido en cuatro cap\u00edtulos.  cap\u00edtulo 1. Se ha demostrado que la lipasa b del hongo candida antarctica (cal-b) es un catalizador eficaz para la resoluci\u00f3n de algunas aminas farmacol\u00f3gicamente activas tales como anfetamina, sus an\u00e1logas o-, m- y p-metoxianfetaminas, mexiletina y 1-fenilbutan-2-amina. Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que la enantioselectividad exhibida por el enzima hacia estos sustratos no s\u00f3lo depende de la diferencia de tama\u00f1o de los sustituyentes que porta el carbono quiral. En este cap\u00edtulo se lleva a cabo la resoluci\u00f3n de varias 2-fenilcicloalcanaminas mediante reacciones de amin\u00f3lisis catalizadas por distintas lipasas. Los resultados experimentales muestran una fuerte influencia del tama\u00f1o del ciclo y de la configuraci\u00f3n relativa de los centros quirales en la enantioselectividad y en la velocidad de la reacci\u00f3n. Por otra parte, se han realizado estudios de modelizaci\u00f3n molecular con el fin de explicar las diferencias observadas en las reacciones de amin\u00f3lisis catalizadas por cal-b. A partir de estos estudios, hemos propuesto para las reacciones enzim\u00e1ticas de amin\u00f3lisis un mecanismo alternativo al de las r<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
