En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha identificado la importancia del microambiente tumoral en la regulaci\u00f3n de la diseminaci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer y sus met\u00e1stasis. en el carcinoma escamoso murino de las variantes pam 212 y pam ly-2 la implicaci\u00f3n del microambiente tumoral sobre el crecimiento y la progresi\u00f3n metast\u00e1tica est\u00e1 mediada por un mecanismo dependiente de la activaci\u00f3n de nfkb, caracter\u00edsticas que distinguen principalmente las variantes celulares, encontr\u00e1ndose constitutivamente activo en la variante pam ly-2, confiri\u00e9ndole un car\u00e1cter metast\u00e1tico m\u00e1s agresivo y secretando niveles elevados de citocinas proinflamatorias y proangiog\u00e9nicas como il-1alfa, il-6, kc y gm-csf. Con el objetivo de identificar mediadores moleculares del comportamiento proangigo\u00e9nico y metast\u00e1tico regulado pro factores microambientales hep\u00e1ticos en las dos variantes celulares del carcinoma pam, el presente proyecto plante\u00f3 los siguientes objetivos: primero, las variantes pam se compararon respecto a algunas mol\u00e9culas de progresi\u00f3n tumoral conocidas, analizando el mismo tiempo su distribuci\u00f3n poblacional y sus respuestas a agentes proinflamatorios. en segundo lugar, se estableci\u00f3 un modelo de met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1tica experimental con las variantes pam para identificar la estructura histol\u00f3gica de sus met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1ticas y los componentes que integran su estroma de soporte. en tercer lugar, se compararon las respuestas funcionales durante la interacci\u00f3n entre las variantes pam y factores solubles microambientales derivados de las c\u00e9lulas sinusoidales endoteliales y estrelladas hep\u00e1ticas que forman el estroma tumoral in vivo.  por \u00faltimo, se compararon sus perfiles de secreci\u00f3n mediante un an\u00e1lisis prote\u00f3mico diferencial (2d-page) y se realiz\u00f3 un estudio prote\u00f3mico de
