En esta tesis, trabajando en aproximaci\u00f3n de vac\u00edo adiab\u00e1tico, hemos revisado como la expansi\u00f3n del universo amplifica las fluctuaciones del vac\u00edo cu\u00e1ntico. Hemos evaluado el espectro en un modelo de expansi\u00f3n del universo que considera una era inicial inflacionaria, una era dominada por agujeros negros primordiales y radiaci\u00f3n, una era dominada por radiaci\u00f3n y finalmente una era de la materia. Hemos demostrado como el espectro de este escenario es mucho menor que el del modelo habitual (inflaci\u00f3n- era de radiaci\u00f3n-era de materia), tambi\u00e9n hemos visto como las anisotrop\u00edas observadas del cmb ponen limites a los par\u00e1metros libres del modelo de las cuatro eras. Hemos calculado el espectro en un modelo con un universo dominado por energ\u00eda oscura en la era presente, concluyendo que pese a que este espectro coincide con el del escenario de las tres eras evoluciona de manera diferente. Tambi\u00e9n hemos calculado el espectro en una hipot\u00e9tica segunda era de la materia, en el caso de que esta era de expansi\u00f3n acelerada sea s\u00f3lo una etapa transitoria. Hemos estudiado como se cumple la segunda ley de la termodin\u00e1mica durante la era de expansi\u00f3n acelerada, asignando una entrop\u00eda a las ondas gravitatorias primordiales que debe cumplir una determinada condici\u00f3n. Finalmente, dejando de lado las ondas gravitatorias, hemos estudiado la segunda ley de la termodin\u00e1mica en universos dominados por energ\u00eda oscura fantasma, concluyendo que la entrop\u00eda
