Tomando como casos de an\u00e1lisis una microbomba, un apilamiento de chips, un microactuador pirot\u00e9cnico y una termopila se han propuesto diversos m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis para obtener modelos con un \u00fanico puerto t\u00e9rmico, utilizando m\u00e9todos no param\u00e9tricos, y con varios puertos t\u00e9rmicos, utilizando m\u00e9todos param\u00e9tricos. en todos los casos se ha conseguido modelizar el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico con un alto grado de acuerdo entre el comportamiento t\u00e9rmico experimental y el simulado. La principal particularidad de la propuesta es que todos los modelos t\u00e9rmicos propuestos son realizables en forma de redes de resistencias y condensadores ya que de esta forma son f\u00e1cilmente
