De la inducci\u00f3n ect\u00f3pica de p27 se concluy\u00f3 que dicha prote\u00edna induc\u00eda un proceso de parada proliferativa en fase g1 del ciclo celular, acompa\u00f1ada de inhibici\u00f3n de la actividad de los reguladores de fase g1. Tambi\u00e9n, se observ\u00f3 que p27 induc\u00eda un proceso de diferenciaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico hacia linaje eritroide.  para investigar la interacci\u00f3n funcional de dicha prote\u00edna p27 y myc, se establecieron l\u00edneas transfectantes estables derivadas de k562 con expresi\u00f3n condicional tanto de p27 como de myc. Del an\u00e1lisis de dichas l\u00edneas celulares, se concluy\u00f3 que myc es capaz de bloquear la diferenciaci\u00f3n eritroide inducida por p27, en un proceso independiente de su acci\u00f3n sobre el ciclo celular. adem\u00e1s, se comprob\u00f3 que este bloqueo de la diferenciaci\u00f3n mediado por myc se realiza a trav\u00e9s fundamentalmente de la represi\u00f3n de genes clave en el control de dicha diferenciaci\u00f3n eritroide. Por otro lado, se constat\u00f3 que myc ten\u00eda un efecto sobre el ciclo celular dependiente de la cantidad de p27 en dicho sistema.  finalmente, se comprob\u00f3 que exist\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n inversa en la expresi\u00f3n alta de myc y baja de p27 en linfocitos b de pacientes con leucemia linfoc\u00edtica cr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
