Las estructuras se han  establecido en base a datos anal\u00edticos y espectrosc\u00f3picos de ms (fab+), ir, 1hrmn, 13c rmn. Adem\u00e1s, se han calculado las conformaciones de m\u00ednima energ\u00eda teniendo en cuenta la posici\u00f3n relativa syn o anti que pueden adoptar los sustituyentes nr en la cavidad macroc\u00edclica.     algunos diazatetra\u00e9steres corona de 26 miembros se asilan como sales internas de dipirazolato de sodio cuya estructura ha sido identificada por m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos, espectrosc\u00f3picos y t\u00e9cnicas de diracci\u00f3n de rayos x. Utilizando estas sales como material de partida, se han llevado a cabo estudios de complejaci\u00f3n con hidrocloruros \u00f3 sulfatos de aminas psicotr\u00f3picas de estructura afetam\u00ednica en soluci\u00f3n de dmso mediante t\u00e9cnicas de rmn y evaluado las constantes de estabilidad de los complejos de dipirazolato de amonio resultantes mediante t\u00e9cnicas electroqu\u00edmicas. Tomando como modelo el hidrocloruro de dextrometanfetamina (speed) (meth) y una sal de pirazolato de sodio de car\u00e1cter ambif\u00edlico, y utilizando t\u00e9cnicas potenciom\u00e9tricas, se ha calculado la estequiometr\u00eda y constante efectiva de complejaci\u00f3n en soluci\u00f3n acuosa a ph fisiol\u00f3gico.     sobre esta base, utilizando ratones nih\/swiss se ha evaluado el efecto de dicha sal sobre los efectos neurot\u00f3xicos in vivo inducidos por meth a corto y largo plazo a temperatura ambiental (20-22\u00c2\u00bac) y sobre le \u00edndice de mortalidad inducido por meth a
