Los resultados son: 1) la contraccion en condiciones de oxigenacion sufre una disminucion paulatina consecuencia del estado de fatiga muscular. La hipoxia precipita la fatiga. La reoxigenacion posthipoxica produce una recuperacion tiempo-dependiente. 2) los nucleotidos de adenina en oxigenacion producen efectos diferentes: atp y adp aumentan la fuerza contractil, amp y adenosina no la modifican significativamente y en hipoxia relativa de 120 minutos la disminuyen. 3) el estudio morfologico demuestra cambios celulares degenerativos progresivos que son mas acentuados en condiciones de oxigenacion que en hipoxia relativa y severa, acentuandose en la reoxigenacion.
