Se analizaron nueve porta-injertos interespecificos vitis berlandieri x vitis riparia. Como sonda se utilizaron fragmentos de secuencia moderadamente repetitiva procedentes de una biblioteca genomica de vid.  para la obtencion del dna de vid se puso a punto un metodo de extraccion a partir de celulas totales de apices foliares que mejora los resultados obtenidos con metodos anteriores en dicha especie.  la combinacion de la informacion obtenida con tres de las sondas permite distinguir cada uno de los hibridos.  dos de ellos, previamente confundidos debido a su identica morfolog\u00eda, so4 y 5c, pudieron ser claramente distinguidos con varias de las sondas. Otros dos hibridos, 5a y 5bb, no pudieron ser distinguidos con ninguna de las doce combinaciones ensayadas y se propone que se trata de un unico genotipo.
