Estas perturbaciones pueden actuar como interferencias electromagn\u00e9ticas (emi) siendo capaces de violar la compatibilidad electromagn\u00e9tica (cem) del propio sistema o de otros sistemas situados en el entorno electromagn\u00e9tico de los cables.  estas tesis propone un nuevo modelo denominado, peec-c , como una adaptaci\u00f3n original del m\u00e9todo de circuitos equivalentes de elementos parciales (peec, expuesto por primera vez por a.E. Ruehli en 1974)orientada hacia la determinaci\u00f3n de la radiaci\u00f3n electromagn\u00e9tica por cables el\u00e9ctricos no apantallados , en le rango de frecuencias establecido por las normas une comprendido entre los 30 y los 1000 mhz. El modelo determina dicha radiaci\u00f3n en dos partes: en primer lugar determina la distribuci\u00f3n de corrientes sobre los cables conductores ; y en segundo lugar determina la radiaci\u00f3n en cualquier punto campo. En la tesis se proponen y desarrollan los fundamentos f\u00edsico-matem\u00e1ticos del modelo y su proceso de implementaci\u00f3n en un lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n. igualmente se raliza en la tesis una validaci\u00f3n de los resultados obtenidos, tanto de la distribuci\u00f3n de corrientes como de la radiaci\u00f3n obtenida, con un m\u00e9todo contrastado como es el m\u00e9todo de los
