As\u00ed mismo, se han realizado diversas pruebas experimentales con el fin de elucidar el posible mecanismo de la transformaci\u00f3n descrita y se ha realizado un estudio competitivo con una reacci\u00f3n relacionada como es la amidaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3flia arom\u00e1tica promovida por pifa.     de modo an\u00e1logo, la reacci\u00f3n de amidaci\u00f3n intramolecular de alquinos, sustituidos en suposici\u00f3n terminal por diferentes grupos arom\u00e1ticos y vin\u00edlicos, tiene lugar de manera muy eficaz y conduce a la formaci\u00f3n  de pirrolidinonas sustituidas en la posici\u00f3n 5 por grupos cet\u00f3nicos.     ambas transformaciones puestas a punto en la presente tesis doctoral son de enorme inter\u00e9s ya que permiten de manera muy efectiva la s\u00edntesis de diferentes esqueletos heteroc\u00edclicos. De hecho, se demuestra que la reacci\u00f3n de amidaci\u00f3n de alquinos encuentra aplicaci\u00f3n en al obtenci\u00f3n de un intermedio clave en la s\u00edntesis de la alcaloide
