Dependiendo del rango de energ\u00eda y momento intercambios entre el proyectil y el blanco variar\u00e1 la probabilidad de que sucedan proceso, tales como excitaci\u00f3n e ionizaci\u00f3n de los electrones del blanco, creaci\u00f3n de pares electr\u00f3n-hueco o plasmones (tanto de volumen como de superficie), captura o p\u00e9rdida de un electr\u00f3n del proyectil o procesos de dos electrones, como son los procesos auger. De esta manera, abriremos o cerraremos distintos canales para la p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda del proyectil que interacciona con el blanco. en la presente tesis se han estudiado tres sistemas en los que los proceso son bien diferentes:     1,- estudio de aplicabilidad de la aproximaci\u00f3n de densidad local (lda, del ingl\u00e9s, local density approximation), a la respuesta electr\u00f3nica tanto de blancos gaseosos, h, he y ne, como de blancos s\u00f3lidos met\u00e1licos, al, y aislantes, lif. Asimismo, se han estudiado magnitudes como el poder frenado, p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda, secci\u00f3n eficaz de frenado y la anchura energ\u00e9tica de la distribuci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda.     2,- estudio de la probabilidad y p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda debidas a la captura de un electr\u00f3n por un \u00e1tomo de hidrogeno al lanzarlo en incidencia rasante sobre una superficie de lif, cuya caracter\u00edstica destacada es tener un ancho de banda prohibida muy grande.     3,- estudio de la diferencia entre las distintas orientaciones cristalogr\u00e1ficas de la plata al incidir con iones de he, debida a la presencia de un estado superficial ocupado \u00fanicamente para la orientaci\u00f3n (111).
