Se cubren tanto aspectos fundamentales como pr\u00e1cticos dela dependencia temporal. en la investigaci\u00f3n de los temas m\u00e1s fundamental se encuadrar\u00edan el \u00abtuneleo\u00bb, propagaci\u00f3n ultra-r\u00e1pida, tiempos de llegada y la din\u00e1mica destacar la manipulaci\u00f3n de las propiedades de transporte de un dispositivo semiconductor as\u00ed como el control de \u00e1tomos ultra fr\u00edos en chips at\u00f3micos. Un aspecto a destacar del trabajo es que, aunque el tema del tiempo en mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica es actualmente cuesti\u00f3n de debate, el tratamiento del mismo en la mayor parte de la tesis se ha hecho siguiendo los conceptos y herramientas est\u00e1ndar de la teor\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica, evitando las cuestiones m\u00e1s controvertidas, tratando de caracterizar, entender y, eventualmente, controlar nuevos fen\u00f3menos dependientes del tiempo.  de entre los resultados encontrados cabr\u00eda subrayar la propagaci\u00f3n \u00absuperlum\u00ednica\u00bb de se\u00f1ales en medios ligeramente absorbentes y la descripci\u00f3n completa de los precursores de ondas cu\u00e1nticas en situaci\u00f3n de tuneleo, tanto en el caso relativista como en el no relativista, mientras que desde el punto de vista pr\u00e1ctico, hemos encontrado f\u00f3rmulas expl\u00edcitas para el proceso de carga y descarga de resonancias as\u00ed como para el atrapamiento permanente de estados resonantes en los llamados \u00abpuntos cu\u00e1nticos\u00bb, estudiando igualmente algunos efectos no lineales de la interacci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica. Finalmente, estudiamos, los tiempos de llegada proponiendo una descripci\u00f3n mediante un operador de tiempo auto-adjunto, evitando la conocida objeci\u00f3n de pauli mediante el confinamiento en
