El objetivo del estudio fue valorar la translocaci\u00f3n bacteriana estudiando la expresi\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n celular  y su relaci\u00f3n con la profilaxis antibi\u00f3tica y \/o la administraci\u00f3n de no ex\u00f3geno. Material y m\u00e9todos: utilizamos 36 ratas macho wistar distribuidas en 6 grupos para la determinaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de  mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n celular  y activaci\u00f3n del factor transcripcional kb, mediante western blot y el estudio microbiol\u00f3gico cuantitativo de la translocaci\u00f3n bacteriana. Resultados: el estudio microbiol\u00f3gico dio ausencia de translocaci\u00f3n bacteriana en los animales a los que se le administro no ex\u00f3geno y \/ o gentamicina en base de col\u00e1geno. Sin embargo en el grupo tratado con no ex\u00f3geno experimento una disminuci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n celular, menor producci\u00f3n de los radicales libres de oxigeno y menor activaci\u00f3n del factor transcripcional kb, y en el grupo tratado con gentamicina  en base de col\u00e1geno no se dio disminuci\u00f3n de las cams pero control\u00f3 la tb  debido a la acci\u00f3n bactericida del antibi\u00f3tico. Conclusiones: la  disminuci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de las mol\u00e9culas de adhesi\u00f3n celular estudiadas, se traduce en un efecto protector de primer orden en el s\u00edndrome de la respuesta
