Por consiguiente, existe una barrera energ\u00e9tica para la interconversi\u00f3n del momento magn\u00e9tico de los espines en sentido opuesto, originando velocidades de relajaci\u00f3n lenta de la magnetizaci\u00f3n. as\u00ed, se observan propiedades magn\u00e9ticas interesantes tales como las curvas de susceptibilidad magn\u00e9tica fuera de fase o curvas de hist\u00e9resis. Caracter\u00edsticas de los dominios magn\u00e9ticos. Adicionalmente, tal y como se atribuye a su tama\u00f1o, mesosl\u00f3pico, se observan fen\u00f3menos de rejaci\u00f3n de la magnetizaci\u00f3n por efecto t\u00fanel cu\u00e1ntico.
