{"id":77050,"date":"2005-07-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/celulas-progenitoras-hematopoyeticas-y-mesenquimales-estudio-en-el-trasplante-hematopoyetico\/"},"modified":"2005-07-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-07-11T00:00:00","slug":"celulas-progenitoras-hematopoyeticas-y-mesenquimales-estudio-en-el-trasplante-hematopoyetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/hematologia\/celulas-progenitoras-hematopoyeticas-y-mesenquimales-estudio-en-el-trasplante-hematopoyetico\/","title":{"rendered":"Celulas progenitoras hematopoyeticas y mesenquimales: estudio en el trasplante hematopoyetico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Villaron Rios Eva M\u00aa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos estudiado dos de las poblaciones de c\u00e9lulas madre presentes en la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea (mo) del adulto, las c\u00e9lulas progenitoras hematopoy\u00e9ticas (cph) y las c\u00e9lulas stem mesenquimales (csm). en lo que respecta a los progenitores hematopoy\u00e9ticos, se analizan las diferencias que existen entre c\u00e9lulas procedentes de mo y sangre perif\u00e9rica movilizada (sp), tanto desde el punto de vista funcional como fenot\u00edpico. Estas diferencias se centran fundamentalmente en la ausencia de progenitores de origen linfoide b en el caso de la sp, as\u00ed como en el hallazgo de que las c\u00e9lulas procedentes de sp estar\u00edan en un estad\u00edo de maduraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s tard\u00edo con respecto a las de mo. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n hemos estudiado las alteraciones que presentan las cph de pacientes diagnosticados de mieloma m\u00faltiple (mm) y linfoma no hodgkin (lnh) tratados con quimioterapia. Demostramos que todos los progenitores hematopoy\u00e9ticos resultan da\u00f1ados por la quimioterapia, pero los mejor preservados son los m\u00e1s inmaduros. en lo que se refiere a las c\u00e9lulas mesenquimales, en este trabajo se pone a punto la t\u00e9cnica de su aislamiento y expansi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el estudio de las alteraciones que puedan presentar en el caso de pacientes con mm y lnh, desde el punto de vista cuantitativo y fenot\u00edpico, al diagn\u00f3stico y tras tratamiento. En estos pacientes, las csm poseen menor capacidad clonog\u00e9nica que las de los donantes sanos, as\u00ed como alteraciones en el nivel de expresi\u00f3n de algunas de sus mol\u00e9culas de membrana. Por \u00faltimo, hemos comprobado que las csm son capaces de injertar en una minor\u00eda de paciente tras ser sometidos a trasplante hematopoy\u00e9tico alog\u00e9nico, incluso cuando la fuente
