Dicha situaci\u00f3n se complica cuando el n\u00famero de agregaciones existentes es desconocida y previsiblemente mayor que 1 y la localizaci\u00f3n de los focos de riesgo es desconocida.  el presente trabajo aborda la detecci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica de focos de riesgo en brotes epid\u00e9micos. Dicha detecci\u00f3n se basa en el estudio de la localizaci\u00f3n de las direcciones de los casos que han intervenido en los brotes. El modelo propuesto se basa en el estudio de dichas direcciones mediante t\u00e9cnicas de procesos puntuales, en concreto los modelos de cox log-gaussianos, y los procesos de mixturas con un n\u00famero indeterminado de componentes. La inferencia sobre este modelo se realiza dentro del marco bayesiano, recurriendo a simulaci\u00f3n mcmc.  en la presente tesis, adem\u00e1s de proponerse un modelo para la determinaci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de focos, se comparan sus resultados frente a la aplicaci\u00f3n de modelos de mixturas con un n\u00famero indeterminado de componentes para la detecci\u00f3n de focos en brotes epid\u00e9micos. Adem\u00e1s, una vez valorados los beneficios de la modelizaci\u00f3n propuesta, se aplicar\u00e1 a la detecci\u00f3n de los focos de riesgo que han podido intervenir en los brotes de legionellosis
